Mission: To provide manufacturers with superior service in a professional and ethical manner by a representative with a difference - one who puts the focus where it belongs - at the end user, driving demand back through distribution - to get to the final goal: Making the lines I represent primary stocking lines of their type at the distributor, and my manufacturer's products the most sought after in the territory.
Philosophy: To work with local distributors in product training, end-user calls, pricing and inventory levels. The biggest value I can offer the manufacturer and distributor is focusing at the end user level calling on line crews, line superintendents, storekeepers, tool committees, safety coordinators, and training facilities - thereby creating and driving demand for our products, and giving distributors a reason to stock our products.
Background: Over 25 years in the electrical and utility industry - 13 years working for a manufacturer's representative, and 15 years at a utility equipment distributor. Experience calling on utilities (power and telecom), engineers, contractors, and distributors. Experienced in sales, sales management, and - for the last several years - as the general manager of Highline Equipment, which I resigned from to start my Rep Agency. |
